Admission and Exclusion Guidelines - St. John's High Secondary School
To ensure a systematic process for student admission and exclusion, St. John's High Secondary School follows the following rules:
Admission Procedure:
Students seeking admission should apply through an application form with the signature of their parent or guardian.
Submission of caste certificate is mandatory during admission.
The parent or guardian must obtain and submit the annual income certificate and date of birth certificate of the student from a non-recognized school (English medium) from the appropriate authority.
Transfer Certificate (TC) Rules:
If a student wishes to obtain a school transfer certificate after one year from the date of leaving school, a search fee of Rupees fifty has to be paid.
A written application by the student's parent or guardian is required when seeking a school transfer certificate.
Apply for the Second Step of the School Transfer Certificate by following the prescribed rules. This certificate will be marked as Second Step.
Class Promotion Limit:
A student shall not be allowed to study continuously in the same class for more than two years from 6th to 9th class for any reason.
These guidelines are designed to maintain a structured admission process and ensure transparency in the transfer certificate issuance.
